Dominion Energy Innovation Center (DEIC) announced that they started accepting applications for their next cohort.
DEIC Accelerate is an 18-week virtual business development accelerator, hosted in partnership with Dominion Energy, that focuses on helping post-seed startups deploy their innovative solutions at utility-scale.
DEIC Accelerate has three focus areas:
- Building relationships with potential customers, so that startups can learn in a low-pressure situation how a customer’s procurement process actually works.
- Connecting to potential funding sources, from federal grants to venture capital.
- Connecting to mentors in areas like product development, accounting, or digital marketing, depending on what each cohort company’s needs are.
